My Client, a well established company based at Airport Industria is seeking to employ a Service Advisor to join their dynamic team and act as a liaison between customers and the Service Foreman.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting customers and scheduling vehicles for service and maintenance.
- Consulting with Foreman regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs
- Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers.
- Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule, and book appointments.
- Provide customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings and the advantages of trading in versus fixing their truck, tractor or trailer.
- Manage and oversee the dealership’s workflow and schedule.
- Call customers to advise them about service changes and or additional work to be done.
- Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Service Advisor or similar role
- A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication expertise
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Service Advisor

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
