Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Service Advisor based in Cape Town. The Junior Service Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers with vehicle servicing, addressing inquiries, and ensuring excellent aftersales support. Daily tasks will involve maintaining strong customer relationships, managing service schedules, and effectively communicating with both customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless service experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer-focused Service skills
  • Effective Communication skills for engaging with customers and colleagues
  • Experience or knowledge in Aftersales support is beneficial
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in the automotive sector is a necessary
