An energetic, competent **PERSONAL ASSISTANT **is required as support to a dynamic sales team in **PINETOWN (KZN)**

**The responsibility of the position will include but not limited to**:

- Liaising with sales consultants and other internal departments on all sales orders
- Provide feedback to customers on the progress of their orders
- Submit quotes and acknowledgement of orders to clients
- Produce ad hoc sales reports for Sales Consultants and Management
- Assist Sales Consultant to achieve sales targets
- Liaise with the warehouse to ensure that deliveries to customers will be made according to schedule
- Develop leads for Sales Consultants by contacting dormant clients
- Proactively monitor customer stock levels in order to remind them to order
- Keep detailed information on clients on Excel
- General administration for division including back up for colleagues

**To qualify for the position, you should have**:

- Matric or equivalent plus 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
- Good attitude
- Honesty
- Initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, highly goal orientated, energetic and motivated;
- High levels of accuracy;
- Computer literacy in the Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel is essential;
- Ability to work independently
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle stress and meet deadlines
- Work with a high degree of accuracy;
- Team Player
