Our client, a prestigious hospitality and lifestyle brand, is looking for a skilled IT Risk Manager to oversee the security and resilience of its IT systems. This senior role requires a proactive professional with deep expertise in cyber threat management, vulnerability assessment, and infrastructure security.
The IT Risk Manager will be responsible for performing regular vulnerability scans, implementing penetration tests, monitoring SIEM systems, and ensuring all cloud and on-site infrastructure is fully protected. Core duties include managing antivirus and cybersecurity software, maintaining firewalls, safeguarding Office 365 cloud services, and ensuring secure integration of servers, networks, and POS/accounting systems.
The role also involves close collaboration with third-party cybersecurity providers, supporting IT operations, and providing strategic input on future upgrades to maintain robust cyber resilience. Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to take ownership of risk management are essential.

Relevant tertiary qualification in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or Engineering
7-10 years’ experience in IT Risk and Cybersecurity Management
Microsoft certifications preferred
Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, VPNs, patch management, Office 365, VMware, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, VLANs
Hands-on experience with firewalls, SIEM, malware protection, and backups
Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
