Senior Operations Analyst

Faerie Glen, Pretoria

R30 000 - R40 000 per month

A well known software development company in the East of Pretoria is urgently looking for a senior Operations Analyst in their Payroll Department. This is a hybrid remote working position, 2 - 3 days at the office - working from home the rest of the time

**Minimum requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma or certificates relating to SQL courses
- 5 Years working experience in a similar role
- Knowledge regarding submitting files
- Expert in Office related software
- Familiar with Insurance Industry and collecting via stop orders (Payroll Deductions)
- Evidence of working with Visio or similar process flow software
- Be familiar with Agile methodology
- Run SQL queries to extract data from the database
- Excellent communication skills as the person will interact with clients
