We are looking for Customer Service people who are UK Utilities guru’s, Flexible and innovative and customer centric to look after our valued customer and assist them with queries.

Do you have 12 months or more experience within the UK utilities sector (Gas & Electricity)?

Working in Customer Operations, you will be at the heart of everything we do - helping our customers. You won’t just be part of the customers’ experience; you will make it. You will take full responsibility for what lands your way by delivering unforgettable customer service.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will have the opportunity to look after our customers throughout their time with us, helping with a wide range of queries and making sure they are happy.

**Whats will you be doing?**

Manage amount of incoming phone calls and achieve first call resolution.
- Open and closing customer case when appropriate to do so.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet quality standards in every customer interaction.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers and achieve five start Trust Pilot.
