**Role Description**

This full-time on-site role, located in Cape Town, is for a Customer Advisor - Collections. As a Customer Advisor - Collections, you will be responsible for managing customer queries and resolving debt collection issues. You will have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude to ensure that our customers receive an outstanding experience.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a customer service or collections role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage challenging customer interactions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Knowledge of debt recovery principles and regulations
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
- Degree or diploma in business administration, economics, finance, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: R8,330.00 - R9,300.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Cape Town, Western Cape (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Relocate before starting work (required)
