**Requirements**:

- **3 Year tertiary qualification in Engineering or Project Management**

- **5 years minimum experience in Project Management within the solar PV sector**

- **2 Years minimum leadership and management experience**
***:

- **Experience in project development, procurement, construction, and commissioning of projects**
***:

- **Solid understanding and the ability to interpret engineering designs**
***:

- **Strong financial acumen**
***:

- **Proven track record of managing the profitability of a business unit**
***:

- **Excellent communication skills**
***:

- **Ability to communicate and engage with clients**
***:

- **Negotiation skills**
***:

- **Ability to make decisions**
***:

- **Experience in motivating and inspiring team members to achieving deadlines and milestones**
