**Head: HR Digital Transformation**
Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is currently looking for a Head: HR Digital Transformation based in Sandton.
Seeking a leader who is passionate about HR digital transformation and motivated by the chance to
provide best in class process and HR product transformation fostering a modern architectural culture,
approach, and practice. You will be required to bring new thinking, managing the entire product and process lifecycle with our teams. This role will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital HR transformation strategy, optimizing processes, and delivering end-to-end digital HR experiences for the organisation.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Manage the HR Digital transformation function and provide strategic direction.
- Leads and manages the successful delivery of complex HR technology.
- Is responsible to advise on HR digitisation strategies.
- Brings an awareness of HR technology trends.
- Manage complex HR technology projects.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- A relevant 3-year Bachelor’s Degree or related qualification equivalent to NQF level 7.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Senior Managerial position, preferably in a hospital/healthcare environment.
- Impactful years of experience in Digital transformation, with a strong focus on people and process re-engineering and process optimization.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience Human Resource Transformation and Talent Management related projects.
- 3 years of proven leadership experience, managing and leading a team of digital transformation experts.
