**To become a Sales Advisor, you need to have;**
- Matric/Grade 12 essential.
- RE5 Certification is mandatory,
- FAIS Accreditation is advantageous,
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven sales experience, with a focus on the financial or insurance sector.
- Minimum 6 months of In-Field Sales experience,
- A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle is mandatory,
- Must be tech-savvy and computer literate.
- You need to be able to speak English, the ability to speak more than 1 South African language would be advantageous

**As a Sales Advisor you must be;**
- Skilled in the art of persuasion and able to effectively communicate the purpose and benefits of our products.
- Customer-focused and skilled at building genuine rapport through effective communication.
- Passionate about sales, hungry for success and ready to make a difference.
- Able to demonstrate the ability to approach potential Members with professionalism and charm, leaving a lasting impression through engaging interactions.
- Results-oriented, highly self-disciplined, and exceptionally motivated to achieve and exceed set targets.
- Enthusiastic in attending set appointments, handle pressure and must have a high level of resilience.
