If you’re passionate about building sustainable client relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent service, this role is your opportunity to grow with a leading financial services provider.About the RoleYou’ll work in a hybrid/virtual model, advising clients on their short-term insurance needs, meeting sales and growth targets, and ensuring ongoing client retention through portfolio reviews and exceptional service.What You’ll DoBuild and maintain relationships with clients, bankers, insurers, and advisersMeet or exceed sales and growth targets in a hybrid working modelProvide compliant short-term insurance advice in line with FAIS requirementsReview and update client portfolios regularlyApply sound practice management and ensure full complianceService client requests promptly and effectivelyWhat You BringNQF5 in Short-term InsuranceRE5 with Class of Business (COB) up to date3+ years’ experience in Commercial Insurance salesProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsStrong client relationship management skillsValid driver’s licence and own transportWhat Success Looks LikeA growing, loyal client base built on trust, expert advice, and consistent delivery of results.
