Successful incumbent will Assist in implementing, monitoring and evaluation of fleet safety operations to ensure compliance to the PepsiCo Fleet Safety program and Legal Requirements. Accountabilities: - Develop and implement a Fleet Management System - Develop and implement a driver on boarding Management System - Update Fleet Safety dashboards & create visibility of site Fleet Safety KPI’s. - Update and implement EHS procedures through the GEHSMS program. - Investigate and report EHS incidents related to Fleet safety, identify root cause and implement corrective actions. - Conduct fleets safety inspections, internal audit & external EHS audits. - Conduct Driver Training including safe driving practices, regulatory requirements and emergency response. - Data analysis, analyse data to identify trends and areas of improvement - Collaborate with other departments to promote a safe driving culture across the organization - Drive Fleet Safety awareness campaign Qualifications: **What will qualify you for the role**: - Minimum of 3 years' experience as an EHS coordinator. - Detailed knowledge of relevant regulations such as OHS Act, NRTA, and all other applicable regulations interns of EHS. - Grade 12 plus a Diploma or Degree Qualification in EHS or Fleet related Qualification - The ability to read and interpret EHS data EHS stats - The ability to formulate Fleet safety improvement initiatives informed by EHS data and stats - Proficiency in computer programs such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. **“PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer in line with the Employment Equity Act"
