**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**

Responsible for overseeing and managing the eCommerce department of the FPG FOODs company with a specific focus placed on Online & Delivery transactions. This entails planning, developing and managing FPG Foods’ digital strategy to improve eCommerce (KFC Online and Delivery) presence and achieve sales targets.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Analysis of eCommerce sales information, to be incorporated within the daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
- Manage relationships with POS Vendors & Bank departments
- Manage relationships with Delivery partners; i.e. Uber, Mr. Delivery & KFC Delivery partners.
- Monitor and maintain control of Delivery & Online Promotions.
- Provide weekly reporting on status of Delivery and Online sales/ issues to be discussed as part of weekly financial pack.
- Provide administrative & clerical support to the Operations and Finance teams
- Prepare and log minutes of the eCommerce meetings

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 2-3 Years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in a Retail/FMCG environment will be advantageous

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
