**Job Function**

The main function of this role is to build and maintain a relationship with all on site employees and Clients in the day to day running of the operations and to ensure that issues arising daily are managed and only escalated to the Regional Operations Manager that are impossible to resolve without him.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Daily/Weekly Scheduling
- Daily Transport Planning
- Daily Fulfillment reporting
- Ensuring all IR/Disciplinaries are actioned at sites and in report format.
- Client Scorecard Reporting & Engagement.
- Training requirements and planning.
- Site Recruitment (Including Onboarding & Inductions).
- Ensure All staff have PPE Uniform.
- Payroll administration is done daily and reported on weekly.
- Handle all Payroll queries escalations.
- Attend client meetings on request.
- Driving force behind the ESS Application on Site
- Driving force behind Click up on Main DC operations.
- Analyze data to determine operational trends and provide solutions to increase, service and quality levels in order to achieve and exceed targets and KPAs
- Set up and manage performance measures.
- Deliver daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Manage operating budgets.
- Develop rewards and recognition incentives/programs.
- Assist in forecasting resource requirements and ensure that recruitment campaigns are carried out in a timely manner to ensure that sufficient resources are in place to achieve agreed SLA and quality targets
- Continually review internal systems, procedures and processes to ensure resource and operational efficiency, and make appropriate recommendations for any required changes

**Requirements**:

- Passed Grade 12 /NQF4
- Previous warehouse supervisor
- Tertiary qualification would be advantageous
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Logistics or Supply Chain environment
- Previous experience as a Site/Operations Supervisor
- Computer Literate with Strong Excel and good data Capturing Capabilities
- Ability to compose site specific presentations for senior management
- Reports & Statistics
- Highly proficient in English
- Ability to work shifts
- Valid Driver's License & Should have own transport
