**CONTRACT POSITION**

**Job description**

We are currently recruiting for an experienced **Creditors Clerk.**

In addition, this role will be creditors support to the Financial Manager and other members of the finance team.

**Duties include but is not limited to**:

- Review monthly expenses and compile reports
- Reconcile monthly bank statements against creditors payments
- Capturing of invoices
- Ensure all payments are supported by relevant documents
- Accounts Payable

**Requirements**:

- Matric or NQF4 equivalent
- Minimum Bookkeeping Certificate / Diploma in Finance advantageous
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Creditors Clerk / Cashbook Clerk in a medium to large scale organisation. National accounts experience advantageous
- Experience in the hospitality sector advantageous
- Experience working on **Sage - Evolution Account Package**
- Available Immediately
