Electrical Company based in Montague Gardens, Cape Town is looking for a:
**Creditors Clerk / PA to the Bookkeeper**

Starting Salary: R13 500.00 basic per month

Start Date: Immediately or As soon as possible

**Qualifications & Experience**
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Creditors Clerk
- Matric Certificate
- Drivers Licence

**Tasks**
- Analysing, capturing and processing of invoices
- Reconciliations of supplier accounts
- Maintain bookkeeping records, copying and filing information as required
- Accurately and timeously prepare creditors payment batches
- Produce client billing statements and invoices
- Various administrative responsibilities
- Any ad-hoc duties as and when needed

**Computer & Software Skills**
- Computer literate
- Accounting software (Omni / Xero preferred)
- Microsoft Office & Excel

**Personal Skills & Requirements**
- Excellent command of English and Afrikaans: Good oral and written communication skills
- Impeccable telephone etiquette
- Neat and presentable
- Honest, reliable and prompt
- Flexible with duty changes and willing to learn new things
- Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
- Tact and diplomacy
- Excellent Communication skills
- Own transport
- Friendly and work well with others
- Work well under pressure

**Salary**: R13,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Montague Gardens, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
