I am currently searching for a strong proactive recruitment assistant that is able to assist me with an ever-growing workload I am the Recruitment Manager for the past 2.5 years running the internal recruitment for A24 Group consisting of 5 UK Based agencies and X2 SA Agencies, including all departments of support staff. Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate in Hermanus, Leonardslee Lakes and Gardens & ManningsHeath Golf & Wine Estate in the UK. Running the entire 360 recruitment from placing ads, shortlisting, screening, interviewing and identifying skill sets and matching them with the correct Manager/Management style/team or matching them up with the correct department based on Skill sets. Inclusive of the interviewing process: The entirety of onboarding and performance management of staff- Offer letters - Reference/criminal checks - Contracts - Policies - Feedback sessions with training and managers to ensure staff are getting the support they need - Guiding and advising manager of different ways of managing performance and guiding them on the processes and steps needed. I am also responsible for the HR Function which I will need assistance with so am looking to expand the team to ensure recruitment needs are met across the business. **Duties/skills and responsibilities**: - This is an extremely fast paced business with over 50 vacancies open at any given time. - Strong Multi-tasking skills are required for this role, with a mindset of achieving deadlines and making things happen at short notice. - Every role in our business is a priority and therefore will need to be treated as such. - You will be working on different job roles/job types at any given time so time management is essential. - Taking initiative, thinking ahead and using common sense is vital for the successful person in this role. - This role will involve working under pressure and to timelines set. - Reporting back to me on challenges, open roles, filled roles, etc. **Behavioural /Skills Competencies**: - 360 Recruitment experience with a focus on Bulk Recruitment - Over Achiever characteristics required - Looking for someone that puts their head down and works to ensure the business runs efficiently and effectively under my direction. - Someone with a great work ethic and attitude would fit in very well - Someone ethical with a strong understanding and appreciation for confidentiality. - Someone with a passion for their work and looking to grow in an incredible company - Positive attitude and also able to have fun at work - Someone that works well under instruction but in the same breath someone that is a self-starter and will either ask "what more can i do" Or "is there anything else I can assist with?" - Someone that understands being in a recruitment function that you are a brand ambassador to all entities of our business and should always present yourself in this manner with a positive outlook on the business. - Reliability and appreciation of keeping absence levels to a minimum,
