Out Of Hours Consultant

We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as an OOH Consultant. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our mission to source nurses across various specialties, midwives, and home care/healthcare workers. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and making a positive impact in the healthcare industry, this role is perfect for you. **Responsibilities**:

- Handling inbound/outbound calls.
- Booking nurses/healthcare professionals in to shifts.
- To assist and provide the highest standard of customer care.
- To have an efficient telephone manner to take accurate information and update the system.
- Achieving daily/ weekly and monthly KPI’s and hours target.

Our nurses are at work around the clock so there are some key skills required to be working with us:
**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Recruitment experience within any industry is a must
- Out of hours experience is incredibly beneficial, but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Working under pressure.
- Good knowledge of MS excel.
- Dedicated and reliable with strong attention to detail.
- Customer service driven.

**Desirable skills**:

- Applicants with a strong desire to work in a fast paced, high energy and vibrant environment.
- Ambitious, financially driven and talented communicators who are capable of delivering excellent customer service in a target driven role.

As a consultant in the Out of Hours team, you will be working UK hours, 5 days per week including weekends and the team rotates hours and days when required.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bellville, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
