Requirements (unless you convince us otherwise)
Proven experience in video editing, preferably for social media content
Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or Davinci Resolve
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their unique content requirements

**Duties**:
Edit podcast video content to create engaging social media content
Adapt content to fit the specific formats and dimensions of various social media platforms
Collaborate with podcast producers and hosts to ensure content meets their vision
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
Communicate with team members and provide updates on project progress
Assist in the organization and management of video files
Conduct quality control checks on final video products
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media video editing
Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve video content and production
Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge in video editing and social media content creation
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the growth of the company
