**About the role**:JOB SPECIFICATION
- Receiving and booking in of Faulty Products
- Assessing/testing faulty stock
- Generate technical reports
- Maintain inventory control
- Assembling Mini PCs and computers
- Technical support
**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Grade 12
- Relevant IT products and industry knowledge
- Experience with software Operating Systems (Windows, Android, Linux, et cetera)
- Basic knowledge of Networking
- 3 - 5 years experience in the IT Industry
- A+ Certification
