**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience or internships in data analysis or a similar role
- Strong skills in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data querying languages
- Understanding of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in an understandable manner
- Proficiency in data cleaning and preparation processes
- Adaptability to learn new tools and technologies as needed
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
