**Salary**

Basic salary between R16K and R18K + incentives + company contributions to medical aid.

**Description**

Your main function is to provide excellent customer service consistently to service clients at a busy franchise dealership which is part of a large automotive group.

**Requirements**:

- Previous working experience as a Service Advisor / After Sales Consultant at a franchise dealership for a minimum of 2 - 3 years.
- Specific brand / OEM training and working experience required.
- Excellent computer literacy skills including Kerridge / Evolve / Drive
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
- The ability to handle conflict situations and a pressurised customer service environment.
- Clear criminal record
- Clear credit record (no judgements)
- Valid driver's license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R16,000.00 - R18,000.00 per month
