We are seeking a talented and experienced Chief Data Officer with strong AI/ML background to lead our AI/ML initiatives and contribute to our vision of becoming a leader in our industry. The Chief Data Officer (CDO) is a key executive responsible for managing and leveraging an organization's data assets to drive strategic business decisions and enhance overall performance. As a member of the IT senior leadership team, this is an influential role, making investment and priority trade-off decisions, negotiating and managing vendor contracts, and recruiting and developing high performing teams. This role will also provide vision and leadership to a team that includes several full-time data scientists, and data engineers.

**AI/ML Core Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute the company's AI/ML strategy aligned with business objectives.
