Office Operations Supervisor

**Stellenbosch Area - Western Cape**: Our client is looking for an Office Operations Supervisor - Agriculture to join the team.
This is a **‘LIVE OUT’**position.
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- A tertiary qualification in a commercial or office administrative discipline.
- Knowledge of the testing, inspection, and consulting industry
- 1-2 years of experience in leading or managing a team.
- 3-5 years of experience in general office administration, preferably in scheduling activities, invoicing, and client relationships.
- Previous people management experience, and the soft skills to effectively manage the team

**KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**
- Be the point-of-contact for the day-to-day running of the operation.
- Champion excellent customer service and set the team up for success.
- Establish goals for your team members that are in line with the business objectives and scheme requirements.
- Put in place a training and development plan for each team member and have regular one-on-ones to monitor progress and give constructive performance feedback.
- Work closely with Audit Delivery to ensure that clients have a seamless experience and that audits are scheduled optimally.
- Work closely with IT to identify and implement process improvements and ensure that all processes are correctly mapped out.
- Work closely with HR on all recruitment and discipline matters.
- Manage leave schedules to ensure that the team is adequately staffed.
- Maintain financial control, by ensuring that customers are quoted and invoiced accurately, and that the monthly accrual is completed accurately too.
- Complete monthly revenue forecasts and compare these against actual results for accuracy.
- Monitor progress using Power BI reports, net promoter score, and employee engagement survey, and act accordingly based on data.
