Our fast growing group of companies has a vacancy open for a Marketing specialist who will be marketing and advertising for our group. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team. This is a highly strategic role that requires innovation, creative thinking and marketing experience. We are looking for hardworking, self manageable, and driven individuals that want to join a growing organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate marketing and advertising.
- Handle website improvements.
- Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of the online marketing.
- Leads control.
- Understanding of Google Adwords, SEO and Google analytics, etc.
- Managing Social media platforms and enquires.
- Improvement of Conversions and CPC, etc.
- Executing marketing plans aligned to timelines set.
- Undertaking competitor and customer research and analyses and making sure our brand is always ahead in terms of deliverables
- Continuous development of relevant content for our social platforms aligned to marketing calendar.
- Establishing goals and objectives in order to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional).
- Promoting brand awareness through marketing efforts.
- Creating marketing materials for our website and other marketing platforms.
- Creating marketing strategies both digital and non-digital.
- Record keeping.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills.
- Administration and time management proficiency.
- Ability to negotiate with online marketing suppliers.

**Minimum experience & qualifications required**
- Matric Certificate.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar.
- At least 2 years' experience in marketing.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software.
- Experience in graphic designing would be advantageous.

**Salary**: R12 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
