Hospitality Operations Executive

National Company seeks to hire an Operations Executive to oversee their hospitality units. Reporting directly to the CEO.

**Scope**:

- Financial management of numerous business units nationally, ensure budget achievement and profitability
- Manage expenses, purchasing through approved vendors and stock control
- Oversee revenue collection and cashflow for each business unit
- Ensure hygiene, safety and quality standards are met in each unit, ensure audit concerns are addressed
- Monitor HR and staff management, recruitment, discipline, payroll, training
- Client liaison and retention, identify new business opportunities
- Oversee print, social media and website content
- Marketing of the business and facilities, ensure branding and signage is displayed
- Business continuity planning
- Ensure all facilities and services are optimized to generate additional revenue
- Manage all stakeholder relationships
- Devise menus and wine lists for venues, including costing, quality control

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric + tertiary qualification in hospitality, business or related
- 3+ years experience in management in hospitality preferably a 5* property
- Drivers licence
- Strong MS Office ability
- Financial knowledge and contracts experience
- Self management and decision making ability
- Able to travel nationally

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R40,000.00 - R60,000.00 per month
