Manage safety in the workshop

Manage the manufacturing and assembly of railway vehicles

Manage special projects in line with customer requirements

Prepare and manage production plans in line with customer expectations

Manage procurement of materials required for manufacturing and assembly activities

Communicate with customers on projects in progress and manage customer’s expectations

Provide design input on railway vehicles and special projects

Responsible for all workshop personnel’s, draughtsman and procurement team

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Degree in Engineering or Production Management or Equivalent

GCC certification would be an advantage

More than 4 years’ experience in production management or engineering environment

**Skills**:
Excellent planning and plan management

Good people management

Relationship building

Above average technical skills

Analytical skills

Project management skills

Production management skills
