**Core Group - Order Management Supervisor**

Core Group represents some of the world's most valued and loved brands in Sub-Saharan Africa. As such, the functioning and operation of our warehouse plays an essential role in our business.

The Order Management Supervisor is responsible for the leadership and overall productivity of our the Order Management team. We are looking for a someone who takes pride in leadership and has the ability to multitask and manage the capturing of orders in an accurate and timeous manner, including stock allocation. The Order management team works in co-ordination our sales teams and acts as link between our customers, sales team, and warehouse operations. The leadership and management of this team greatly influences the overall productivity of the entire business.

**Key Performance Areas**:
Customer Service:

- Build customer relationships through customer contact, reviews and cross functional liaison.
- Provide excellent customer service, personally and via company Order Management Team structure.
- Provide help and advise customers, using the company’s products and services.
- Investigate and solve customer problems.
- Produce written information for customers, which may involve using computer packages.
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.

Effective billing:

- Capturing orders and correct pricing structure.
- Releasing orders timeously.
- Controlling of back orders for customer / timeous communication.

Back-order Management:

- Control of stock arrival for customers allowed back-orders.
- Ensure orders in back order are pursued and released or cancelled.
- Pursue orders not invoiced with warehouse to ensure lead time conformance achieved.

Stock Monitoring

People Management and Discipline

**Requirements**:

- 5 years of Order Management/Call Centre experience
- Warehouse/Logistics Experience
- Matric Certificate
- South African ID
