Aluvent is seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our dynamic sales and estimating team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and technical expertise to contribute to our growing business.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Estimating expertise with a strong understanding of pricing and cost principles._
- 5+ years of experience in the Glass & Aluminium industry (essential)._
- Proficiency in Starfront & Quick Quote or similar software._
- Experience with JBCC contracts (preferred)._
- Strong technical ability and understanding of glass and aluminium products._
- Ability to read and interpret building plans and technical drawings with precision._
- Excellent organizational and planning skills to manage multiple projects efficiently._
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team._
- A structured and process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail._
- A proactive and deadline-driven approach to work._
- A positive attitude and willingness to align with Aluvent’s company culture and vision._

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Complete estimation function for a range of glass and aluminium projects, including custom and commercial products._
- Ensure accurate and competitive pricing to support the sales process._
- Assist with sales administration and maintain accurate documentation._
- Collaborate with the sales and project teams to ensure correct costing and pricing strategies._
- Stay updated on industry trends, material costs, and supplier pricing._
- Support business growth by contributing technical expertise and structured planning._
