Key Responsibilities Assess vehicle damage and verify accuracy of repair quotations Compile detailed claims reports and liaise with internal teams Investigate accident claims against actual vehicle damage Maintain records, upload supporting documentation and images Communicate with clients, intermediaries, service providers, and brokers Experience 2–4 years in a motor industry, claims, or panel beating environment (Essential) Exposure to spray painting, mechanical, and electrical repairs Customer‑facing or front‑line experience Estimating or assessing in a repair or insurance context Ideal Candidate Traits Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Committed, dedicated, and career‑driven individual Able to manage client expectations and work well under pressure Must be based in Cape Town Key Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Management and Manufacturing Industries: Motor Vehicle Manufacturing To apply for this job, email your CV to .
