**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide strategic HR consulting services to clients on topics such as performance management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational design.
2. Conduct HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
3. Assist clients in developing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
4. Conduct training sessions and workshops on HR best practices and legal compliance.
5. Assist clients in recruiting and onboarding new employees.
6. Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and terminations.
7. Stay current on industry trends and changes in employment laws and regulations.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources consulting or a related role.
4. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
7. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
