**About the Role**:
We are looking to **level up our financial operations** by hiring a **high-performing Financial Controller** to take full ownership of **Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP),** and **deliver strategic financial insights and forecasting**. This role is ideal for someone who is both hands-on and forward-thinking someone who can manage day-to-day accounting functions while also helping steer the business with data-driven financial guidance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead and optimize AR and AP operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
Manage month-end close, general ledger reconciliations, and financial reporting
Prepare and present cash flow analysis, budgets, and forecasts to leadership
Provide insights that guide decision-making and support business growth
Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure best practices are upheld
Use QuickBooks Online (QBO) and other digital tools to drive efficiency and visibility
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in AR, AP, and Controller-level accounting functions
**Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO)**
Strong analytical and forecasting skills with a strategic mindset
Technologically adept and proactive in adopting modern finance tools
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication
Self-driven and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
