**Salary**

Salary between R14K - R18K depending on experience and current salary + medical aid and provident fund contributions.

**Description**

You will be part of the accounts team with your main function being Creditors Clerk. You will be responsible for Creditors payments, invoicing and recording of financial transactions, capturing and processing of invoices and ensure that al payments comply with the set standards and contain all the necessary required information.

You will also be managing the Debtor accounts, communicating with clients, resolving queries and processing and reconciling debtors accounts. Further duties include administrative support to the Accountant and assist where needed and maintain accurate records and file all relevant documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Matric / Senior Certificate minimum requirement
- Bookkeeping Certificate / Diploma preferred
- Minimum experience of 3 years in the function of Creditors Clerk. Experience with Debtors will be preferred.
- Computer literacy to include Autoline / Drive / Evolve / Kerridge
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English

If you have relevant experience as Bookkeeper / Cashbook Clerk / Accounts Clerk, this could also work for you.
