Super Controller

**POSITION: Super Controller**

**REPORTING TO: Senior Operations Manager**

**LOCATION: Woodstock, Western Cape**

**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist in supervising the shift in the absence of a supervisor.
- Assist supervisor with Day-to-Day duties and needs.
- Escalating Risk escalation and critical hourly updates (High-Risk Routes, High-Value Loads)
- Oversee escalating of critical events (TAR Escalation, Fatigue escalations, Unresolved Events and critical events)
- Assisting with general admin duties
- Assisting with closing events when required.
- Allocation and monitoring of breaks for Fleet Controllers
- 1st line of support to Fleet Controllers
- Oversee Day-to-Day Operations Effectiveness, and productivity (Vantage)
- Ad hoc reporting
- Daily performance monitoring
- Attend to system administration requirements and regular audits on data cleanliness.
- Maintaining customer contact details.
- Ensure all employees are within company policies.
- Ensure work is completed as per customer requirements / SOP.
- Establish good working relationship with employees.
- Continuous training within operations (All Divisions in Operations)
- Escalating challenges, and system issues to the relevant units / Persons
- Maintaining System data (Locations, Contact list, asset register)

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Reliable means of transport
- Grade 12 or equivalent

**SKILLS**
- Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail, Accurate reporting.
- Must possess a sense of urgency.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving
- Conflict management
- Good Understanding of disciplinary processes and procedures, and how to implement them.

**EXPERIENCE**
- Logistics and/ or Telematics experience.
- Previous Leadership experience will be an advantage.
- Basic experience on Vantage / Velocity / Lytx will be an advantage.
