Our HQ People & Culture team is looking to bring a fulltime Talent Sourcer on board to help us grow our team globally. Your goal is to find the best people out there

In the role of Talent Sourcer you will be working closely with the Sr Recruiters and you will be coached by Milan, our Recruitment Lead.

**Responsibilities**:
We don’t believe in forcing someone into a specific job function so consider the following responsibilities - in order of importance - as a starting point:

- Engage with top innovation universities (like Hyper Island or Kaospilot) and connect with top-talent for internships or entry-level positions
- Adapt your sourcing strategy to local realities (f.e. Use WeChat to source talent in China and LinkedIn to source talent in West-Europe)
- You train people from the recruiting department on the latest and greatest sourcing tactics and tools.
- Partner closely with the Recruiters and the hiring managers to determine role requirements.
- Embody and propagate our specific BOI-DNA.

**Requirements**:
You’ll thrive at Board of Innovation by striking the right balance between flexibility and efficiency, by being eager to learn, bringing tons of initiative and willingness to go the extra mile.
- You bring valuable international sourcing experience (as a talent sourcer, talent scout, headhunter,, recruiting marketeer, talent acquisition specialist, sales development representative,...)
- You have experience crafting Boolean search strings on linkedin (Recruiter or Sales Navigator)
- You have experience working in a fast-paced environment
- You are passionate about finding the right match and are experienced in _direct search, direct approach, headhunting, pipelining, early pipelining, talent pooling, talent mapping _and you are confident with tools like _Linkedin, Xing, GitHub, Hiretual, AmazingHiring, Recruiter Lite_
- You are fully proficient in English (written and spoken)

Where You'll Be

We are a distributed workforce with Hubs in Belgium (Antwerp), the United States (New York) and Singapore.

Where in the world? For this role, it can be anywhere from where it’s comfortable to work within Central European Time.

Contract or payroll? We’re open to discuss both options. In countries where we don’t have a legal entity we can provide compliant payroll and contracts through our global EOR partner.

**Salary**: R35,000.00 - R50,000.00 per month
