TALENT SOURCER
‍ ABOUT THE ROLE
At Move, our talent sourcer's foundational skill is to deeply understand the tools and technologies our clients use, how they use them, and how their teams' work impacts the business - to attract, source and hire the world's most sought-after talent.
**SALARY**: R23k - R25k CTC+ quarterly incentive bonus
**CONTRACT**: Full-time, Permanent / Freelance
**LOCATION**: Fully Remote (RSA Based)
**HOURS**: 40 hours per week - aligned to GMT Timezone (Flexible hours, Delivery focussed)

- Gathering market-related data & insights and producing meaningful suggestions for improvements
- Continuously learn, develop, and grow yourself and others

**Requirements**:
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- A good understanding of Technical Hiring practices
- The ability to rapidly understand complex problems and processes
- A genuine passion for technology-driven start-ups/Scale ups
- A strong lean toward craft & operational excellence
- Exceptionally strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- An aptitude for gathering insights and identifying trends through data
- A very high degree of motivation and self-awareness
- Professional level of English language proficiency
