Our client is one of the largest international fast-food chains globally, famous for high quality & great tasting sit down and drive thru food for more than 50years. Boasting an extensive customer foot count and products in consistent demand, they are planning on opening at least 20 more restaurants in South Africa within the next year. To join their development team that will be increasingly busy, they are seeking a Senior Draughtsperson that will be based in either Johannesburg or Cape Town. Reporting to the Design and Construction Manager this role will have you creating technical drawings and plans for exciting new restaurant projects, ensuring that specification and stipulations are adhered to as well as ensuring building are up to code. Additionally, you will be tasked with conducting detailed inspections of building projects, assisting with costing and estimations, and liaising with service providers. Beyond that you will need to assist with measuring contractor progress, assisting where there is a need in the team and ensure all process and procedures conducted are according to code. In order to be considered for this role you will need 3-year Draughtsperson qualification, 5-7 years of experience as a Draughtsperson within the
**QSR sector** and proven experience of
**Revit**. To be successful in this role you will need extensive experience using
