**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the sales team and oversee daily operations of the used vehicle department.
- Set sales goals, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve targets.
- Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards.
- Evaluate market trends, pricing, and inventory to optimize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with finance and service departments to streamline processes and maximize profitability.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant Marketing qualification.
- Proven experience in automotive sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Management and self-driven abilities.
- Application of Policies and Procedures, Business Operations, Marketing, Computer knowledge, Financial analysis and customer handling knowledge.
- In-depth knowledge of the used car market and dealership operations.
- Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and drive sales performance.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.

Pay: R12 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
