Growth and Sustainability Sales Administrator

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Schedule appointments for strategic business manager to meet with prospective customers.
Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment and other telecommunications technologies.
Provide information and present our service offerings and their benefits.
Steer relevant conversation to align with GCC-SD service offerings.
Set up quality meetings by communicating accurately and clearly to all prospects the services offerings of GCC-SD.
Achieve attended and call target as per contract.
Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a CRM.
Deal with complaints professionally to maintain the company’s reputation.
Assist all GSM by following up outcomes of meetings, proposal, confirmation of meeting etc.
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information by capturing all data into CRM.
Maintains a safe and clean working environment at all times within the organisation
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Measure own work performance in line with all KPI’s and KPA’s.
Perform strategic research on platform identified by line manager.
Achieve quarterly monetary target as per contract.
