**Descriptions**:
- Assist with telephonic IT support
- Creating tickets for walk-in and call-in requests
- Assign tickets to support agents
- Escalate incidents & priority support
- Help enforce policies and procedures
- Setup & assist with Video conferences and boardroom equipment
- Monitor, remind & assist IT support agents to follow up on calls
- Log support calls with suppliers and follow up
- Source quotes
- Place and follow up on orders
- Ensuring orders and approvals are collated
- Stock control & ensuring remotely delivered stock is captured
- Issue and collect IT assets from users
- Setup and manage meetings
- Manage courier delivery and collections
- Create and post information & training material on internal media groups
- Arrange resource bookings and pool vehicles
- Various admin duties incl: Capturing, reporting, document & record management.
**Qualifications**:
- 3 Years + Industry Experience
- Strong administration skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working with customers and technicians
- Previous experience working with ticketing systems
- Organised and able multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Able to work in a team-oriented, collaborative and fast-paced environment
