Customer Service Advisor

LSR Electrical Solutions is a UK-based company expanding rapidly into both B2B and B2C services. We’re building a vibrant, high-performing team of confident, results-driven customer service representative's in Durban, South Africa.
At present, this is a remote work-from-home role. However, we’re opening a Durban office in January 2026, where our entire team will work together under one roof. This is an exciting opportunity to get in early, grow with us, and be part of a dynamic sales team with long-term prospects.
As an Inbound Service Provider your responsibilities will require you to:
- Handle incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information regarding LSR Electrical Solution's.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining service and performance targets.
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to call handling times, quality assurance, and productivity standards.
- Comply with company policies, security checks and data protection standards.
- Contribute to Team KPIs.
REQUIRMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 6-12 months inbound customer service experience.
- English proficiency both written and verbal.
- Exceptional problem -solving and multitasking skills.
- Computer literacy - ability to speedily navigate multiple systems effectively.
- Must reside in the Durban, Kwa -Zulu -Natal area.
- Ability to work shifts in a 24/7 environment.
- Ability to reliably commute in office during the start on January 2026.
Pay: R6 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month
