- MSc Degree in Agriculture with specialisation in Crop Science, Agronomy or closely related discipline.
- Good presentation skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Cum laude (distinction) or at least 70% achievement in Master's degree.
- Evidence of peer reviewed scientific publication.
- Experience in conducting research on tea plants or medicinal plants will be an added advantage.
- Ability to do physical work.
- Great learning capability.
- A valid driver’s license.
