Clockwork is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic **Junior Project Manager** to join our **Microsoft Xbox **team. This full-time position is based in Johannesburg.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Tactical Project Management**:

- Execute tactical, asset-driven projects such as refurbished campaigns, additions to existing initiatives (e.g., Black Friday), and smaller-scale creative tasks.
- Work closely with the Senior Project Manager and existing team members to ensure seamless delivery of tasks aligned with current processes.
- Coordinate project deliverables to ensure timely and efficient completion.
- Support social media efforts by understanding platform trends and delivering relevant content.

**Social Media and Creativity**:

- Collaborate with social media teams to produce engaging, high-quality content across platforms.
- Bring additional creativity to the table by suggesting innovative ideas or briefing enhancements to elevate campaign impact.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Serve as a single point of contact for tactical briefs, ensuring clear communication and alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with global and regional teams, including category managers and creative agencies, to execute projects effectively.

**Flexibility in Role Fulfilment**:

- Absorb briefs as part of the existing team structure or redirect work to appropriate team members for execution.
- Be adaptable to workload redistribution and support team efficiency by managing priorities effectively.

**Qualifications**
- Relevant experience in project coordination or junior project management, ideally in a tactical or asset-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and platform functionalities.
- Creativity and innovation in handling marketing briefs and campaigns.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders at various levels.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience with Xbox or in the gaming industry is a plus.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for creative improvement in briefs.
