- Build a customer database
- **Required Experience**:_
- Develop good product knowledge and commercial/industry awareness.
- Oversee enquiries received (incl. logging enquiries, updating, amending, managing entries).
- Generate quotes and follow up quotes according to company policy in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all enquiries and quotes are properly logged ready for follow up, and that a weekly sales plan.
- Liaise with design and production staff to ensure all quotes that have been accepted/orders are adhering to

company protocol and delivered on schedule.
- Ensure that our product/service offering is maximized to existing customers and attempt cross selling.
- Assist with maintenance and development of the sales and marketing plan, to develop the customer base.
- Contribute towards the continued development of sales/marketing literature.
- Assist external sales representative(s) with processing quotations and providing costs.
- Ensure the service provided to current customers is to a high standard.
- Develop a key account management for relevant customers and ensure that they are regularly contacted.
- Provide advice and guidance to customers in selection of products or services for their projects/needs.
- Assist in the process to obtain feedback on a regular basis (e.g. quotes not accepted & reporting reasons)
- Manage customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Respond promptly to customer enquires in accordance with company procedure.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers at all times.
- Build relationships with customers (keeping contact with existing and potential clients)
- Liaising with the production and design team to ensure customers’ requirements and expectations are met.

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
