Resort Lifesaver

Blue Rock Waterski Resort is looking for a motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Resort Lifesaver & General Worker. If you are a strong swimmer, passionate about safety, and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves for hands-on work, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:
This is a unique, dual-role position:

- **As a Resort Lifesaver**: you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all guests in and around the water, monitoring swimmers and activities, and responding effectively in emergencies.
- **As a General Worker**: during quieter times, you will assist with general maintenance, cleaning, and operational support to keep the resort running smoothly.

**Education and Other Requirements**:

- Must live in the Helderberg Area
- Valid Lifesaving certification (open water/resort lifesaving experience an advantage).
- Physically fit, with strong swimming ability and quick emergency response skills.
- Responsible, reliable, and safety conscious.
- Willing to assist with general tasks such as cleaning, maintenance, and basic support work.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and peak season shifts (Dec and January).
