Resort Lifeguard

Blue Rock Waterski Resort has sport activities, accommodation and a large Lake where we offer wake boarding, swimming and other water activities. We are looking for a motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Resort Lifeguard.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for ensuring the safety of all guests in and around the water.
- Monitoring swimmers and activities.
- Responding effectively in emergencies.
- Responsible for health and safety on the resort.
- Comply with the health and safety as well as relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintenance of all the safety equipment.
- Must be computer literate, sporty and active person.

**Education and Other Requirements**:

- Must live in the Helderberg Area
- Valid Lifeguard certification (open water/resort lifesaving experience an advantage).
- Physically fit, with strong swimming ability and quick emergency response skills.
- Responsible, reliable, and safety conscious.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Must send a detailed CV and current photo.
- Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and peak season shifts (Dec and January).
