An advanced agricultural services business specializing in various precision farming solutions and plant nutrition products is seeking employ a Production Supervisor on a permanent basis in Wellington.

The production supervisor role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production, whilst ensuring the upmost quality of all products.

This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly expanding local business with a growing international foot print.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations and resolve on site problems
- Support and assist the Production Manager
- Ensure that the end products comply with the specification and quality requirements
- Review and train SOPs in the relevant areas
- Team management
- Ensure that the manufacturing process is punctual and of excellent quality

**Requirements**:

- National Diploma in Chemical/Process Engineering will be desirable, BUT NOT essential as experience will count more.
- 3 Years plus experience in a relevant production environment.
- Chemical product experience will be desirable, but not essential.
- Must be willing to work weekday shifts, starting at either at 5h00 or 13h00 on a rotational basis. The shift are weekdays only.

**Salary**: R20k - R25k per month, dependent on skills and experience
