TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Production Supervisor within Constantia Fertilizer, Wellington, Western Cape.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Responsible for all daily production requirements
- Responsible for all production inputs into PLC and documents
- Responsible for ongoing quality checks of daily production
- Responsible for ongoing checks of bag weights on a daily basis and record keeping thereof
- Responsible of receiving bulk raw materials, offload of trucks into correct bays
- Stacking of raw materials to maximize bulk bay capacities
- Responsible for quality checks of all raw materials received and record keeping
- Responsible for stock count of all floor stock on a daily basis
- Responsible for controlling and supervising of labor, for production requirements
- Daily quality / quantity checks of all products manufactured
- Responsible for general housekeeping of the facility
- Responsible for labour's time keeping and daily clocking
- Assist with maintenance and breakdowns of equipment when needed
- Responsible for managing plant vehicles

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Grade 12
- Sound managerial skills
- 3-5 years in a production or similar environment
- Good communication skills
- Own transport
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of fertilizer blending and bagging
- Be able to work extended hours on short notice
- Disciplined, multi-skilled, accurate to detail, task driven, and performance orientated
- Knowledge of Bagtek and Ricelake PLC (advantageous)
- Work and maintain high standards on a continuous basis
