Our client, a leading insurance company based in Pretoria East is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their dynamic team. They are looking for organised individual with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Matric.
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
- Advantage: Own vehicle and valid Driver's License.
- Beneficial: Previous exposure to the insurance industry.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Administrative and Data Management Responsibilities**:
- Accurately input and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and relevant systems.
- Maintain up-to-date records by ensuring timely and precise data entry.
- Create, organise, file, and maintain both physical and digital documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing correspondence.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments, facilitating smooth coordination and workflow across teams.
