**Introduction**
Procore Security Group is a trusted security services provider north of Johannesburg. We’re seeking a motivated **Security Sales Specialist** with hands-on experience in security products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Generate Leads & Close Deals**
- Present and sell our physical-security solutions (CCTV, access control, alarms, patrol services, etc.) to new clients
- Lead simple cost-benefit analyses to recommend the right mix of products and services

**Client Relationship Support**
- Build, nurture, and grow client relationships by understanding their security needs
- Resolve questions or concerns quickly—whether it’s a technical query about a camera system or a service-level issue
- Solicit feedback on installed solutions to identify upsell or improvement opportunities

**Reporting & Coordination**
- Log all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM daily
- Deliver concise weekly sales and pipeline updates to management
- Collaborate with our operations and technical teams to scope, schedule, and hand off implementations seamlessly

**What We’re Looking For**
- 1-3 years of B2B sales experience **specifically in security products and services** (e.g., CCTV systems, Access control, Alarm monitoring, Tactical Units, Guarding, Crowd Control, Armed Guards etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for site visits across the region
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills—comfortable demoing hardware and software
- Self-starter attitude who thrives on target-driven work and continuous learning
- Honest, dependable, customer-focused, with a passion for keeping people and property safe
